Human Mechanic & Performance

Over 16 years of experience in holistic health and performance across the NBA, NFL, MLS, international tours with entertainers, & film productions. Backed by 18+ years of education in sports medicine and performance.

An integrated approach developed by a deep understanding of the body as a human mechanic, that integrate training, recovery, movement optimization, and wellness to drive meaningful adaptation.

The philosophy of the approach focuses to create adaptation to prepare the body and build efficient patterns that maximize effort, performance, and results.

  • A movement based assessment mastering the mechanics of the human body to identify compensations to return the body to its natural state of  balance, restore optimal movement, and reduce pain and discomfort.

  • Evidence-informed approach developed through advanced hands-on therapy training, integrating myofascial techniques + movement, fascia manipulation (Stecco Method), and targeted system interventions to restore tissue quality, reduce pain, and enhance coordinated movement patterns across the body.

  • Certified by American Academy of Manipulation Therapy - Utilization of high-velocity low-amplitude thrust manipulation to address upper and lower extremity dysfunction, cervical, thoracic, lumber & SI joints.

  • Advanced certification through the American Academy of Manipulative Therapy, focused on the precise application of dry needling to address neuromuscular dysfunction.

This technique targets dysfunctional tissue to reduce pain, improve muscle activation, and restore efficient movement patterns.

  • Purpose-driven, individualized training integrating movement analysis and sport-specific demands to build efficient mechanics, enhance readiness, reduce injury risk, and maximize performance outcomes.
